Inacceptabel behaviour from NEDBANK😡😡

I have been with nedbank for a while now I kept on receiving a sms that my account has been accredited with R200 cash back it x2 times i recieved the sms but no money was accredited to my account

I called them and all they have to say is I don’t qualify according to them and when i ask why i get the sms that my account is been credited but nothing was send to my account two time already they only say sorry they don’t know. This is not acceptable if i get a notification that if been accredited I expect to be credit with that amount it is just adding up according to the sms i recieved i shoul have received R400 back already 😡😡😡
