Inability to obtain a personal loan

I app**** for a personal loan through Nedbank for an upcoming wedding.<br> <br> After being pre approved with the call centre i was told to go into a bank to complete the application. Once completed i was told that i would receive a answer shortly.<br> I then got a message from Nedbank saying \Declined". Upon investigation the reason for this was that i am self employed! Which is INCORRECT!<br> <br> I submitted payslips with the application as requested from the company i work for. The reason they say i am self employed is because i am a registered director on a small website business registered years ago which is no longer operational. The only reason that business was ever registered is so that we were legally conducting business for money.<br> <br> After explaining that to Nedbank and lodging complaints i received a call saying \"" We will not offer you a loan because you are part of that business. Completely unwilling to negotiate or even try and understand that i am EMPLOYED FULL TIME!<br> <br> Needless to say i will no longer be banking with them"
