In the top 3 of worst banks

Been with this bank for almost 10 years and I don't know why really! I'm going to be switching my salary from this pathetic bank. Too many issues but just to mention the most recent. On the 1st of this month (August) I was debited R185 x3 and on the same day I logged a ticket with their call centre. Till today I have not been assisted. Last week they opened a new call with their complaints department so that they could follow up on this matter. They said they would give feedback within two days. That did not happen. I ended up calling in and was told by today I would get an update. Its now 14:20 and still no feedback! This bank treats its customers horribly! I want my money back!!!
