In danger of a house falling on us

On Tuesday morning the 15th March, I called Nedbank insurance to lodge a claim. I explained to the agent that the damage to the house was such that it posed a danger to our safety as the roof could collapse and might even do so while someone walks past. It is now the end of day three and they have still not sent a contractor to get started with the business of getting things under control because I guess they are waiting for the worse to happen before they will act. Should someone get injured or killed, then I believe Nedbank is taking responsibility for that as they are well aware of the situation we are living under. There is no delay when it comes to their debiting my account for the premium though. With everyday that passes the roof gets worse and worse and the rain is not helping matters. The carpet is also causing a putrid smell that is not good for our health but I guess our lives do not matter because the decision makers are white and they could not be bothered with a family of black people but they are happy to take our money. I am very upset because the safety of the people living in this house is compromised the longer they stall. The supplier is yours to make accountabl
