Improve your service delivery

The service at Nedbank Jabulani Mall is just horrible. Literally waited 4 hours outside before I could even be serviced just to fetch a card!!! A simple card!!!! Only for their system to be down! This is really a major inconvenience especially during the Covid-19. Your responsibility as a financial institution is to provide a service that is convenient to your clients A simple thing as fetching a card at a branch shouldn’t be this hectic
