Improve your service

Nedbank service is a nightmare, I’ve been in the que for over 20min when I get in only 3 people are working, the rest are busy on there cellphones and drinking coffee, only counter 12,13,and 14 are working, ATMs are only one is working..... This is not the 1st time, service here is very bad. We can only see staff moving up and down only...
