Impressive service!

My Nedbank Optimum Banking CArds were about to expire, i.e. end of November. I was told that I would recive the cards at the end of November. I am going away in a week and would need the cards during the December holidays. I ask why one does not receive the replacement cards at least a month before the cards expire? I contacted the contact centre and explained that I can not wait another two weeks for the cards. I received the cards today i.e. 48 hours later! Well done Nedbank! Service is on par!
