impressed & grateful

Hi, I went to open an account at Nedbank today in Meyersdal, I have never in all my existence (27) experienced such pleasant service, anywhere! Cer*****y couldnt have imagined if I did it would be IN A BANK, but today I was pleasantly surprised. Demakatso felt like my big sister (the patient big sister, I dont have) she made me laugh & forget I was there about sensetive issues, cashmonies! Set such a lovely tone to my day that I turned out to be patient & giddy, the whole day. So for that I'd like to say thank you & I hope she's content with acknowledgedment from little old me, who knows nothing about the banking sector but plenty about customer service.
