Impossible to settle Nedbank credit card!

I went to Nedbank to settle a credit card. I was told that I won't be able to pay the account using a FNB bank card. Therefore I was sent to FNB for assistance to release the payment to Nedbank, FNB was unable to add Nedbank as a receiptant on my banking, therefore they increased my credit limit in order to do a withdrawal to deposit into my Nedbank account. I withdrew the funds, went back to Nedbank upon which my card was sucked in, before the deposit was done. Nedbank then asked me to contact the card division to sort the issue, I contact the card division who then blocked my card, and advised me there was nothing more they could do, I now needed to contact the legal department. I contacted the legal department, where I was given an account number to do a cardless deposit, which I also failed at because the account number was invalided. I literally have the funds to settle this account but have no way to, because Nedbank is very unhelpful. This had all happened in one day. I had been sent back and forth which is ridiculous. I can't believe it is this difficult to settle a credit card with Nedbank. I need my name to be cleared therefore I am making the payment. It seems as if the accumulating interest is the only concerned aspect of Nedbank therefore making it this difficult to settle the amount.
