Impossible to close account with Nedbank

Earlier this month I called to close my Nedbank credit card. This was after I spend an hour in the bank to close it and got told to call. They promised me the account witch had a 0 balance at the time would be closed within 72 hours. Today bank charges were deducted again so the account was never closed.
