Impoliteness

I called Nedbank and spoke to Anda Nyovane and advised her that someone who made a will at Nedba k has passed on. I wanted to know if the will can be collected from any Nedbank branch or only at the branch where it was made. She responded that Nedbank has a central database any branch should be able to assist. I informed that the will was made in Eastern Cape and the Executor is now in Secunda, Mpumalanga. I asked if she is sure that it can be collected from any branch, she got irritated and asked what do I want her to say, she ultimately assisted me by calling Nedbank Secunda branch and spoke to a financial advisor for more information. I'm greatful that she assisted but initially she got angry when I asked if she is sure, and when I asked for her manager that's when she assisted.
