Impolite and rude nedbank consultant at the nedbank branch at the Phoenix Plaza

I had the worst experience at the nedbank Phoenix Plaza branch. I've been a nedbank client for about 10 years now and I've always been to the Smith Street branch in town and the windermere branch in Durban and the consultants there are super helpful and friendly. Today I was at the Phoenix Plaza waiting in the que to do a cash withdrawal and a consultant cuts in front of me with a client she has been dealing with from inside the branch. As a nedbank client for 10 years I fully understand the process involved however I do not appreciate the unprofessional behaviour from the consultants at the Phoenix Plaza branch. Rightful she should have apologized and explained that the client was from inside the branch. When I had approached her to ask why she couldn't inform us she didn't have the courtesy to even apologize. It's so unfortunate that I didn't get her name but as a nedbank client for 10 years I didn't appreciate the disrespect and lack of communication. I'm utterly disgusted by the improper and impolite behaviour that I am actually considering changing my bank. Nedbank please get your staff at the Phoenix Plaza bank key communication lessons and how to be polite especially working in the service industry. The same consulted looked at me as if I'm being unreasonable. I am a client and deserve the respect of being communicated with in a professional manner. I'm highly frustrated with the response from your consultant at the Phoenix Plaza branch. It's the first time I dealt with such a rude consultant in my 10 years of banking with nedbank. This is highly unacceptable!!!
