IMPERSONATION OF SERVICES NEVER RECEIVED BUT DEMAND MONEY

Never had any type of problems with the bank until I saw that they will lure you regardless of what ever situation it is your getting through, I opened an account with NEDBANK at the menlyn branch, I got my temporary and access to the app, now, don't get me wrong, I received an SMS regarding collection of my gold cheque, I travelled to menlyn only to find out that NEDBANK is under renovations .. all card's have been moved to the woodlands Branch, I travelled there , reported the matter n waited for a response, I received an SMS regarding collection, woodlands Branch. I arrived.. no card.. once again, reported that I can't even access the temporary card nor access the app. They then sent me a message to go by the groove mall branch, I never received anything.. I even gave up.. I opened this in 2022 n only got a response in 2023.. a whole year, now I have received the card after I had moved on to other banks such as fnb because I was now in a predicament, they now demanding to had over my account even after letting me get tha card, they want money for services I never used . I've now got a case number n would like to show them OBS OMBUDSMAN DONT PLAY. ID NEVER PAY SO MUCH MONEY FOR SERVICES I NEVER RECEIVED
