Impersonal Nedbank

Fell behind on repayments, notified bank before making lesser payment, only assistance offered was to help sell my home( unthinkable) now employed weve kept all payments up as agreed still no actual assistance from Nedbank but to restructure and enforce a 12 month penalty of no further credit.
