<p>Recently relocating from Cape Town to Herm**** with my family and trying to get everything sorted was a bit of a tedious process but when approaching the bank, in this case Nedbank Herm****, and I am sure I am not the only one who does not like going into banks, I was met by a consultant Jacobus Jordaan who assisted my wife and myself with an enquiry. Dealing with Jacobus was so pleasant and made me change the way I now think of going into that branch. He is always smiling and so helpful and after two months, after the second enquiry, with continuos communication from him he gave us the good news. The manner in which he treats clients, his professionalism in what he does and making us feel comfortable in a time where we were drained from the move and settling in is nothing short of IMPECABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you so much Jacobus.
