imcompetent nedbank staff

Ongoing query regarding regarding send imali not reversing into my account this morning i called the call centre and they advised the query was escalated to the back office for investigations however the query has not been touched since it was esacalated. Kagiso from the call centre guaranteed me that i would receive the money before 12pm on the 7th and that is there's a problem then he would give me call on that same saturday. im currently on the line now speaking to Nondumiso she doesnt want to give me kagiso's email address or the managers email address. at 12:45 today i spoke to Busisiwe khumalo who also assured me that kagiso will contact me back but he did not.
