Imali pathetic and contradicting

<p>I transferred R400 to my phone</p> <p>Spend aitime stuggeling to get the pin (more than 20 tries due to technical error) - Cost me Airtime</p> <p>Phoned call centre - unable to assist tell me I have to go to antoher ATM - Cost me two trips not to differnt atm's</p> <p>Still no Imali </p> <p>Next day phone call centre again - Cost me more money</p> <p>Ask to speak to a person in Imali - person called Michelle answering ********** 060 advise me that the person I will speak to is a specialist, I question her before transfer and she re-assures me. </p> <p>I get tranferred to the specialist (who is not a specialits when I queried her) </p> <p>This person tells me I have to request a new pin and go to the ATM again</p> <p>Trip to 3rd atm, try to wihtdrawl money and still no Imali.</p> <p>The screen says my balance is R0, how can this be if I have not even wihtdrawn my money?</p> <p>The person I spoke to advise me that if I can not get the money I must wait 7 days for the money to be paid back? </p> <p>Who can tell me if this will happen, who can tell me where my money is as I have not been able to speak or find such a person in Nedbank.</p> <p>You advertising is false, you cost clients money and time.</p> <p>This service is really pathetic and I would not recommend this product to any one.</p>
