Imali not returned after 7 days.

I send Imali to someone last week Friday and the money was not withdrawn, I then contacted nedbank to reverse the funds, I was of 7 days, in which it was yesterday, today its the 8th day and I have not received my money.. I contacted the call center and was told to wait for 2-3 days..... But thats not an EFT transaction... Should my money not be returned to me then someone internal should known what happened.
