iMali *****

How is it possible that even that very bank that is responsible for iMali and sending SMS's cannot tell when a ********** iMali SMS has been sent out? ******** in this country has gotten out of hand and the ******** are either so advanced that even the actual BANK cannot tell whether its **** or not - or Nedbank are so useless that it takes the staff 3 minutes at the ATM to figure out that the iMali wasn't going to work and that the code I received was one number short - should she not have immediately noticed that upon looking at the SMS? When seeing a 5 digit pin rather than a 6 digit pin, the staff should automatically know something is wrong, and that the SMS was **********. Train your staff to quickly catch ****** who are somehow sending **** iMali's that look incredibly legit.
