Imali does not work and takes your money!

IMALI DOES NOT WORK! I sent money to a friend in urgent need last Tuesday 3 September. The money did not get to her. No pin sent. The money is out of my account. Countless queries and pleas for help and assistance from Nedbank. Today is Monday 9 Sept. The money is still nothing and no help from Nedbank. This is theft! False advertising. NEDBANK IS A DISGRACE!
