I'm struggling to get any response from the Home loan section

I'm struggling to get any response from the Home loan section. If you phone, they don't answer and if they answer, the person can't answer your questions. My Employee is paying my home loan and from Dec 2025 to Feb 2026 the payments don't reflects on my statement. I've send several e-mails, with the proof of payments, NO RESPONSE
