Im still waiting for my statement
A few months back I requested a full statement on my loan from the date I took out the loan to present. Up until today I still have not received my statement. I also requested NUMEROUS TIMES that you STOP sending me statements by mms and for it to PLEASE be sent by email, but to this day I STILL get mms for my statements and NO EMAIL. Your instructions on the mms to change from mms to email DO NOT WORK. I have done this 100 times. PLEASE sort this out! I need my statement PLEASE!!!
