I’m so Disappointed in Nedbank 🥹

Why the **** was my account debited after making efforts of making phone calls to ask how do I sort out the debit order issue as I had been paid early? I am so upset, I spoke to an agent and she told me to pay it manually but my account had been attempted to be debited which now leaves me on a negative R5000!!!! Can someone call me immediately
