I'm so disappointed 😥

I app**** for Nedbank business and personal accounts, then i also app**** for their credit card, they gave me an offer which i accepted and did everything online but till today i still get emails saying my application is pending waiting for signed contract, i signed the contract online amd they didn't send it to me, i went to the branch to proceed with it but i was told that they dont assist online clients, i then called online call center but some lady told me that my application is at the back office and no one can communicate with back office, I dont even know if i should proceed with the accounts i just opened because it seems like the service is a nightmare there, i just added an inquiry on my credit report for nothing because no one can help me to get that contract so i can finalize my application
