A million thank you goes to Moeti, N. (Nolyn) & her team leader for assisting me in restructuring my homeloan account. Nolyn's willingness to assist & going above her expectations by calling me whenever I asked her to, patient with me has given me confidence with Nedbank because I felt abused ( by getting calls from different people about owing). In today's customer service oriented society we hardly find people willing to do their work, let alone those who would do anything to please a customer as long as it is best for both them & the company. Nolyn gave/gives Nedbank an excellent reputation - the company shouldn't lose stuff like her.
