I'm not important enough!

I have a home loan, business account as well as a personal account with Nedbank. I have been assigned a "relationship manager" who is close to impossible to get hold of. His e-mails are now being returned, all of him numbers are not rep**** to. So, I tried to contact my branch to speak to the manager to find out how I can do one simple task: change my telephone number on their system. After close to half an hour of being put on hold, repeating my ID number and speaking to various people. I still cannot speak to the manager.....- It seems they are too important or busy to speak to me or my business with them is too insignificant to warrant an audience with their majesties! This this bulls***t! I am the customer but I have to be shunted around like a piece of dirt!

....And here I was thinking that the other banks gave poor service!
