Im not happy at all im switching banks

I have just recently moved to Nedbank 3months ago,i have a cheque acc and a 32days notice acc.Okay so i get paid on the 27th of every month,I have just bought a car so i wanted to stop the 32day notice acc from going off this month because i wont have money for school fees but today the told me i should have come 5days ago,i did not know that and i need the money.The problem is once the money is in the 32days notice acc i cant withdraw it before the 32days unless there is a death or accident,now the bottom line is i NEED my money.
