Im not happy

I have made a claim for my vehicle and I stay in Mt frere in the EC .... we travel to Kokstad to get panel beaters now I have asked Konishea if they can direct my claim to the panel beaters of my choice She's referring me to 2 companies that are own by the same person and we have worked with them before and we were not satisfied.. she keeps on threatening me about closing the claim ... why take me to a place that I know we will end up fighting instead of the company I know they do good job.. im the one who will be driving a vehicle with different colors. So please allow me to take my vehicle where I know it will be fixed to.my satisfactory Konishea please stop.with the threats I know my rights maam
