I'm locked inside the house and apparently I'm not covered.

I'm locked inside the house because my burglar door doesn't want to open. I called Nedbank Insurance as my bond is with them. Then told that I'm not covered while thru policy schedule state that I'm covered for locksmith call out fee. What's the matter?
