This has caused significant inconvenience, especially since I recently received a payment from my active Capitec account. Nedbank's request to visit a branch to resolve the issue is burdensome given my current financial situation. I urge them to investigate urgently, provide a clear explanation, and outline steps to reinstate my account without requiring a branch visit. I'm extremely dissatisfied and expect a prompt response and resolution.
