Im disappointed

Im currently struggling to get hold of Nedbank customer care since 9am (basically the whole day )tried all the channels and received a call from a lady called Boitumelo regarding my case no. 2022E0430...still was not assisted and Banking app is not working.....T cant do nothing :

Description: I just went to my app and I see there is a transaction of R700 today but i never transferred or paid anything today....and did not get any notification of the transaction...and no one has came back to me.......
