I'm currently getting a bad service from first when I open it I was promised that they will help with changing of debit orders but they never did I had to do them myself of which some of my debit bounced and made me a bad payer,and the mean reason I change my standard bank to nedbank Account was that they promised to give me R200 cash back into my nedbank account all I have to do is switch my salary and payment of the loan they granted me be paid to their bank that's it and is almost two months but they never paid that R200. I'm so angry because the made me change my standard bank account to them under false pretences.
