Im changing insurance Nedbank is a waste of time I won't recommend!

My car is insured with nedbank for the pass 3 years I was involved in a hit and run and needed to use my insurance for the first time and even though my claim was approved there absolutely no urgency in Nedbank consultants to help me with this matter fast and efficient.i informed them that I am not happy with the panel beater they recommend because of it being to far from my location and the reviews are terrible!I asked for a list of panel beaters LAST WEEK and Wednesday and I'm yet to receive this list with reputable companies I can use close to me.if I don't contact them they don't contact me I need to call every day and email everyday and still no response I have been dealing with a consultant KONISHIA but no response from her either where to from here?I pay my insurance every month with no problem so why is it a problem when I'm trying to do a claim FOR THE FIRST TIME!
