Illiterate staff employed by Nedbank Alberton

Good day all, What is the **** wrong with the Nedbank branch of Alberton, South of Gauteng? 4 visits to that branch of Illiterate staff and Management & still I can't be assisted upon the receiving my Credit Card. On my 4th visit, I noticed so many staff being either non productive nor assistance to customers. If that branch had a Zimbabwean Manager with at least 6 Zimbabwean staff I would have not had frustrations like this upon 4 visits and still unresolved. Why does this Alberton branch have such a huge group of Illiterate staff? Are they employed via contact of no education???

Please get a Zimbabwean to resolve my simple issue of handling me my Credit Card. I had been chasing for this card iver 2 months vua expiry end of September 2023!!!
