Illiteracy of Nedbank Staff and Program

I am earning a very good salary. Expenses are low. I had made numerous calls to Nedbank for assistance towards a vehicle or personal loan but rejected. Other banks and loan companies are offering me. I have full competency in Nedbank but not Staffing.
