*******ly listed on ITC for homeloan i NEVER had!

I recently did a credit application at ABSA. to my surprise something was picked up on ITC. A Mortgage Loan account on my name. This started years ago, it was a plot and plan development scheme that never ran its course. Nedbank then *******ly registered a bond on my name which I NEVER signed for or had any knowledge about. Had lawyers assist me to remove this from my name. They successfully got Nedbank to remove my details from ITC. And now it magically re-appears. I have NO dealings with Nedbank, never have and never will! This is really frustrating as it affects my credit record. Please remove my details from ITC and send confirmation that this has been done. also a guarantee that it will NOT happen again! I will be referring the matter to the Banking Ombudsman! enough is enough!!
