******* withdrawals from Nedbank account

Since last year, money has been withdrawn from my account, with no SMS notifications. My card has always been on my person when these withdrawals happen and to add insult to injury my complaints have never been properly investigated or compensated.

I have never received any camera footage or been called in for further questioning or clarification but only get told that the investigation has been conducted and concluded.

To date, the total of the money withdrawn is to the value of R12 - 13K. These withdrawals usually happen around my pay date and the only way I will find out about them is by going onto my app or printing my statements. I get NO notifications of these withdrawals, despite me receiving notifications for all other transactions on my account.

I have changed cards, but this continues to happen, which has led me to believe that this is perhaps an inside job. I understand that this is a nasty claim, but due to the poor handling of my complaints, I do not know what to think anymore.

I feel like I am NOT being taken seriously and fail to understand why this continuously happens to me. My trust and faith in Nedbank have been completely shattered.

Please, can someone help prove that I am not lying or making this up? Can someone help get my money back? I am not being taken seriously and it is heartbreaking to lose so much money.
