******* repossession

I had vehicle finance through nedbank years ago. Unfortunately my vehicle was repossessed it was then auctioned and i have been paying the shortfall. I have been unemployed for over a year now and i am unable to meet the payments and i have communicated this information to nedbank. Nedbank is harassing me for payment and they have threatened me with legal action and have also said that i will be liable for the legal costs of the court action. I managed to get legal advise and i have been advised that the repossession of the vehicle was ******* because i never appeared in court and i never received a summons nor did i sign for any of the above. I have been asking nedbank for this documentation but no one has bothered to even acknowledge my email let alone send me this docu
