******* judgement placed on my name

i am very unhappy with how i called Nedbank myself to make an arrangement to pay but you guys went and put a judgement on my name on the 19/09/2021- this is really not good practice, no one sent me any summons, i have been paying you guys with. this is really not how you treat paying clients. you do not just get Brooks and Luyts to *******ly put a judgement without proper channel
