<p>so after logging MY FIRST complaint on this website Nedbank rep**** with a positive response about a resolution to move forward. Since then I have received private emails from the above mentioned person representing Nedbank, who very arrogantly told me to forget about getting my money back. Now I ask you how can an establishment like this do this to its clients. I have never received any correspondence from them about an outstanding account so that I could make an arrangement to pay it off, nor have they ever deducted money previous months when my salary went in, so why December month only. Robin Van Niekerk just simply told me that i shouldn't expect any money and because the bank saw my salary going in they done a deduction !!!<br /> WHAT UTTER BULL**** IS THAT !!!</p>
