******* deduction and non-refund.

I had a home loan with nedbank. I sold my house and the loan was settled on 27/02/2018. The following day my monthly instalment was deducted for a loan that was settled and I have been waiting since then to get it refunded, without success. I phoned nedbank twice and received promises of the refund (without interest as the account was closed). If the account was closed, how did the installment go of? This happened more than 2 weeks ago. NB!! I made over R400k profit on the house , but about 2 years ago I requested R100k for improvements and was told that the house did not have enough value for the R100k. Go figure.
