******* debit order from Nedbank

I opened a Nedbank account last week Thursday, salary paid into my account on Friday. Today is tuesday, ilegal debit order of R8450.00 ran from my card today, informed from the bank tht legal deducted the cash for an oustanding balance on my credit card, they had not informed me of the debit order, they have not contacted me regarding the amount, they did not have permission to deduct the money, they just took the cash. That was now my rent money and now I cannot afford my to pay my rent, this was done *******ly. Spoke to the Ombudsman this morning, this was ilegal as there was no agreement for legal to deduct the cash withour prior notice and informing me. I will definately be logging a formal case at the Ombudsman. this is completely unacceptable, how do I pay my rent, Thank you Nedban****
