Nedbank gave a 3 months payment holiday on a credit card after which they debited a combined 4months installment without arranging with me, an amount I never budgeted for. Why would they give me a payment relief from R1500 a month only for them to take R5500 later on without making me aware, otherwise I would have carried on with my R1500p/m instead of their unnecessary burden on my finances. They since promised to refund it within 48hrs and to date, there is no such. Worse is that I never authorized any debit order.
