******* credit bureau listing being done by Nedbank

<p>Me and my husband have app**** for a bond during which it was discovered that he is listed on a credit bureau for a supposedly outstanding debt with Nedbank. He has never recieved any requests from Nedbank to make payment. My husband had closed his account in 2009. My husband never admitted that he owes the bank money nor did he recieve any requests to make payment and summons was never served on him. It is clear that this claim would have prescribed in any event. It is ******* to list a consumer on a credit bureau for a claim that has prescribed. We now stand to lose our dream home because of the ******* practices of Nedbank. Furthermore i have had no response from Nedbank's legal department on my urgent query. I am disgusted in the legal department of Nedbank to say the very least. </p>
