******* charges and change with my account

Was going thru my January statement noticed absurd amounts as charges. Was then told i was moved to another type of account without my consent. Have been trying to sort it out for a week now without luck. Today i was just told i need to go to a branch to downgrade the account. I never upgraded the damn account, not even one of them know what had happened. So should i not have noticed the charges i wouldn't have known about the difference in accounts. I refuse to bank with a bank i cannot trust,
