Ill-treatment by nedbank

Nedbank always claims to have their clients interest at heart, the second i fell behind on my homeloan they immediately took me to the lawyers,they say on their website that they will have an arrangement with you but that is not the truth,when i asked them i got a very rude response from a johan meyer person at the bank who basically told me that i must read my contract, funny thing is he doesnt mention what the bank says they can do. i even app**** for a payment relief and they declined because it was probably the same Johan meyer.(i have a feeling this is a racial exclusion). Now im being harassed by lawyers during covid 19 and being forced to come up with money and sign an agreement, all i wasasking the bank was to allow me to have a relief and i would pay the outstanding amount during this time. but i regret ever dealing with this bank because now im trapped
