Ilegal debiting of bank account

18th Jan 2025 i opened up an account with Nedbank cause allot of peolpe told me that they get great service from the bank. When my 1st money was paid into my account the amount of R2400 was deducted of my account. I called and Nedbank said that it is for a loan that i took out in 2005. I have never had an account , load or credit card with Nedbank at all. They advised me to open a ***** case and send thru signatures that i have had in the past. I did so the Monday after this happened . I was told by the team leader to contact the attorneys that is handling the collections . I called and requested a copy of the contract since Nedbank does not have it. I was sent a mail with a attachment of a default that was loaded on my name . I received 10 to 15 calls per day to harras me to pay the outstanding money. I lodged a complaint with the ontbudsman as well because neither parties got back to me in regards to this matter. I called the bank on the 18th of Feb again to follow up myself as to what is going on . Nothing not a note on the system or anything was made. As to where i was asked to send the documents and id to them again. Today the 26th of Feb more money was deducted of my account. Oms again i called and can get no help from Nedbank as they cant access the account cause its handed over. The account shows written off all of a sudden that the previous people couldnt see . No where was i informed about money that will be deducted from my account or concent given from me so that they can do this. In my eyes Nedbank is *****ing peoples money and give them **** information so the client must run around and do there work for them. How can you take my money without being able to give me the info that i requested or without the frau case is sorted. Now they have my money and i must pay some persons loan . They dont even have my correct cell number on the system . Its veru funny you can go into my so called old account but cant see the contract that was signed.

Best of all this acclaimed account is 20 years old and should have been written of and prescribed by now but its easy ***** peoples money and think they will leave it. I wont leave this i can promise you that. I WANT MT MONEY THAT YOU STOLE FROM ME.
