***** Ignored by Nedbank

I am completely disgusted by Nedbank. I have been living outside South Africa for over a year now. To my complete surprise I was debited through my bank account (held at another bank for over R3000) at the beginning of May 2023. I immediately phoned my bank and Nedbank. I was told that a Nedbank credit card had been *****ulently opened in my name and a debit passed for payment through my bank account. (Internal *****, identity theft who know?) The card was opened this year March and I have been living abroad for a year, so how could this happen. I was promised by Ashwin in the ***** department (Nedbank) that the matter would be sorted. No one at Nedbank has got back to me. Then to my horror I was debited again today. It's a disgrace. I have never banked with Nedbank and never plan to. I now want the matter resolved!
