Ignore request to cancel Homeowners Insurance
I requested to cancel my homeowner's insurance - instead you renewed it. What idiots am I dealing witrh?

01 Mar 2021, 09:46Finally, 20 days after my initial request to cancel, and 14 days after Nedbank confirmed by SMS that they amended (not cancelled) my insurance, today I get an SMS confirming cancellation. NO explanations or apologies.
