App**** for a credit card, received 2, the teller at Oribi Port Shepstone told me I can keep it at no extra charge. That was later discovered to be untrue. Than she said I can see my credit card for free on their site. That again was untrue, it costs R16 and we saw that early, when we activated at the branch. It was reversed. Now we apply for supplementary card, I phoned Nedbank they told me it is approved, but the same lady form Oribi branch told us it is declined.
